Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop pros to assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on unused decks within 30 days of purchase. The board must be in its original shrink wrap and show no signs of grip tape application or mounting hardware marks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Anchors Skateshop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
