Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original box; ensure skateboard decks remain in their shrink wrap and apparel has all tags intact.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the gear to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
